Vulcanizing unit MDT Mechanic
The vulcanizing press with mechanical pressure system is particularly suitable for smaller belt widths up to 1,400 mm, but can of course also be used for larger belt widths.
The surface pressure is generated with pressure spindles using a torque wrench.
The pressure beams are made of very high-quality aluminium and thus achieve a very high tensile and bending strength.
They are fixed with special anchor bolts.
The heating plates are also made of high-quality aluminium.
They are heated by flat tube heating elements and reach 140°C in approx. 20 minutes.
For accelerated cooling we offer a compressed air or water cooling system.
With the integrated cooling ducts, the heating plates can be cooled down to 80°C within 10-15 minutes.
