Aluminium Belt Clamps
Rubber conveyor belts which are assembled directly on site must be brought to the required tension before vulcanization.
This is done by belt clamps, which are usually difficult to handle due to their weight and construction.
The aluminium strip tensioners developed by K&K fascinate by their low weight, their simple construction, their durability and robustness.
A specially developed tensioning claw holds both belt tensioner profiles together.
High tensile forces are possible due to the ribbed structure within the profile (hinge side).
The belt clamps are available for belt widths of 500 - 1600 mm. Other bandwidths on request.
